Sealcoating

Untreated, asphalt pavement deteriorates rapidly. The asphalt binder that holds the pavement together begins to oxidize and weather soon after installation. Moisture penetrates the asphalt, causing further damage and deterioration to the pavement.

Super Seal Sealcoating uses only a Federal Specification coal tar sealer emulsion designed to replenish the binder that is lost through weathering and aging. This provides superior protection against environmental distress. Super Seal Sealcoating applies the sealer material to the pavement surface by using brooms only. This procedure assures the sealer material is absorbed into the crevices of the asphalt surface, guaranteeing the finest possible job.

Super Seal Sealcoating also coordinates the hot crack filling (if necessary) and the line striping (for parking lots), providing a complete asphalt maintenance package for the commercial or municipal customer. It’s our policy to work around your schedule: we understand that retail businesses and offices can’t afford to limit access to the public, so weekend projects are never a problem.

For driveways we:

Clean the asphalt with brushes, brooms and blowers to ensure adhesion

Power edge to eliminate grass and weeds, to expose the edge of the asphalt and provide a manicured appearance

Where needed, perform hot crack filling with D.O.T.-approved hot rubber crack sealer ("Cold Pour" crack sealer WILL NOT hold up to severe western NY weather)
